Tzong Jiunn Wu is a licensed acupuncturist in the State of Florida. He is a board-certified practitioner of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology, holding certificates from the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). He received his Master’s Degree in Traditional Oriental Medicine from Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine at Austin, Texas. Dr. Wu is especially grateful for the skills that he learned from Dr. Mu, one of his teachers. During his internship years, he was trained extensively in one of the most successful clinics practiced by Dr. Bindi Zhu, who has gained numerous recognitions in the State of Texas and received top awards in China.

Dr. Wu was deeply inspired by his grandfather, who was one of the top Taiwanese medical doctors trained in Japan when he was young. Dr. Wu sincerely cares about his patients, and is passionate about helping people regain their health. “What is great about stepping into the Healing Art Acupuncture and Massage is that everyone leaves with a big smile, and truly experiences the love from our entire staff”, says Dr. Wu. “God has gave me the gift of healing, and through him and his inspiration, I help people. Corinne LaRocco, Licensed Massage Therapist 45270

Massage therapy is a hands on therapy in which muscle and soft tissue of the body are rubbed, kneaded and stretched either for medical or therapeutic purpose or simply to aid in relaxation.

Corinne LaRocco is Nationally Certified by the NCBTMB and a licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Florida. Corinne has extensive background in Anatomy and Physiology as well as in Spinal Hygiene. She is trained in NMT (Neuromuscular Therapy), Myofascial Release, Sports Massage, Medical Massage, Hydrotherapy, Reiki, TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), Spinal Hygiene and Swedish Massage.

Corinne”s knowledge in the cervical and thoracic region has aided her in medical massage with relief in whiplash to shoulder issues. Along with her practice in Miramar Beach, FL, Corinne was invited to work with the “Iron Man Triathletes” in 2006 and 2007, and “Teachers” Appreciation Day” for teachers of Destin School District. She also served as guest speaker to various groups and organizations such as the Rotary Club, Destin Library, Fitness Center and Niceville Health Fair on a wide range of topics relating to her expertise.

Debbie Maurchie, Office Manager

Debbie was born in Beloit, Wisconsin and lived in Rockford, Illinois and Naples, Florida. Her husband’s Tile Business brought the family to Destin in 2005. Her work experience includes Medical Transcription, Surgery Scheduling and Medical Office Secretary. Debbie loves to do anything outdoors and tries to stay active as possible. Also, loves trying new recipes, playing cards, anything crafty, and spending time with her husband and 2 beautiful daughters, Sara and Briana. Debbie is honored to work with Dr. Wu and learn more about Chinese medicine.
